How can I take care of myself after my Zero Balancing or Biofield Tuning sessions?

Giving yourself time and attention after your sessions allows your body to integrate and strengthen. Self care sets the stage for changes that are lasting and meaningful.

 

Avoid Strenuous Activity for 24 Hours

Even if you feel great, this is not the day for a big workout or for cleaning out the garage.

Some parts of you that were stuck are now moving, perhaps for the first time in a long time. If you exert yourself too soon, you can override gently emerging new pathways, or even injure yourself.

Make today a personal best in terms of nurturing, reflection, and presence.

You’ve been wanting more lightness, flow, and harmony. Allow some space to feel and express this in your day.

 

Enjoy a walk

Walking is a movement that integrates the left and right hemispheres of your brain and is great for establishing new pathways and oxygenating your blood.

Walking a minimum of 200 steps immediately after your sessions will reset and incorporate your improved gait mechanism. Walking backwards is great for this too!

 

Drink Plenty of Good Water

Your body needs quality water to carry out all its physiologic and energetic processes, especially after a healing session.

Adding a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice, or a splash of raw cider vinegar to your water will help you to absorb it better.

 

Be Gentle With Yourself

After some sessions you may feel extra emotional, whether that is extra happy, silly, loving, quiet, feisty, or teary. Sometimes (but not always) emotions that have been stored in your body find their way out during or after the session.

This is energy in motion and may be part of your healing process. If emotions and experiences arise, let them move. When you are present with what is coming up and stay with it, it will process and change.

You may wish to journal, do artwork, sit or walk outdoors, take a salt bath, or go to bed early.

 

What if I’m Sore?

You may notice new sensations as your brain connects to your body and movement in new ways.

Sometimes people feel sore, as though they've been working out. Or they experience a temporary increase of their symptoms after a session.

This too can be part of the healing process and is soon followed by improvement in overall well-being.
