Bodywork for Children

We initially brought our 11 year-old daughter in for tension release in her shoulders. She immediately found relief and within a few sessions, went from hating running in PE, to enjoying running with a newfound ease and uprightness.

Additionally, our daughter, who had been considered dyslexic, began to read for the first time during the course of these treatments. She feels incredibly comfortable with Jennelle and looks forward to her sessions, immensely!

Q: when is the best time to start receiving bodywork?

A: When you are young.

Supportive touch helps children continue to know they are whole. The skills of being present within one's body can be supported and encouraged from an early age to help children thrive in modern life.

These sessions support

  • Your child's optimal growth, mobility, sensory and emotional development.

  • Healing from trauma, accidents, injuries, surgeries, and other events.

  • Your child’s balance, curiosity, creativity, social and emotional engagement.

  • A connected, meaningful relationship between you and your child, and within your family.
